BOSTON, January 27, 2026 – Yellow Wood Partners (Yellow Wood or the “Firm”), a leading consumer-focused private equity investment firm, today announced that Lindsay Ting has joined the Firm as Managing Director and William Newberry has joined as Principal.
Lindsay joined Yellow Wood Partners in 2025 as a Managing Director, bringing over 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking, with a specific focus on the Consumer and Business Services sectors. William joins with nearly 10 years of private equity and management consulting experience across the Consumer, Services, and Technology sectors.

Most recently, Lindsay was a Managing Director of private equity firm Trilantic North America, where she helped lead investments in the consumer and business services sectors and served on the boards of multiple portfolio companies. Previously, Lindsay worked at private equity firms Castanea Partners and TA Associates, as well as One Kings Lane, an e-commerce platform. She began her career at Morgan Stanley in investment banking. Lindsay received an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, an M.A. in Education from Stanford Graduate School of Education, and a B.A. in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Williams College.
Before joining Yellow Wood Partners, William was a Vice President at Charlesbank Capital Partners where he was part of the Consumer and Technology sector teams of the firm’s $4.5B flagship private equity fund. Previously, William was a Private Equity Associate at Bain Capital, and began his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company. William received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a B.A. in Chemistry from Harvard University, magna cum laude.
