BOSTON, July 1, 2025 – Yellow Wood Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm focused on investing in consumer brands and companies, today announced the promotions of Meaghan O'Hara, Matt Winiarski, Lennon Lewis and Connor Lynch to the position of Senior Associate.
Meaghan O'Hara joined Yellow Wood in 2023 as an Associate. Prior to joining the firm, she was an analyst in the Retail & Consumer Investment Banking group at Credit Suisse in New York, where she worked on various M&A and capital raising transactions. Meaghan earned a BA in Economics with a minor in Architectural Studies from the University of Chicago.
Matt Winiarski also joined Yellow Wood in 2023 as an Associate. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer & Retail group at Raymond James. Matt earned a BA in Communications alongside minors in Business and International Studies from Penn State University, later receiving his MBA from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
Lennon Lewis joined Yellow Wood in 2023 as an Associate. Before that, he was an Associate at Moelis & Company in New York, where he worked on various M&A and restructuring transactions across the Consumer & Retail, Industrials, and Healthcare sectors. Lennon earned a BS in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
Connor Lynch joined Yellow Wood in 2024 as an Associate. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate in the Consumer & Retail group at Raymond James. Connor earned a BS in Finance with a minor in History from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
